"Mix of Old and New"
Lamington is recognised as popular for families, located just north of Kalgoorlie CBD, this suburb has heritage homes, houses from the early 1900s to new builds. This suburb also has a range of public housing houses and unit developments. North Kalgoorlie Primary School is located to the west with no high school or private school closer than St Mary's Primary in the CBD, Kalgoorlie Boulder High School, Eastern Goldfields College (years 11&12 ) and John Paul College all located in South Kalgoorlie. There is one IGA in Lamington and several quality parks Including Hammond Park.
