"Nice street"
I don't what the two previous reviews are talking about. I live just off Lats Ave and I don't see the apparent graffiti that the are talking about. There is currently a tag on a speed sign at the start of the street but there is nothing like what has been said. There are no burnouts on the road and all the houses are stunning. I would live there without hesitation.
