Will solar panels give me a good return for my investment in the Lenah Valley?

Lenah Valley is a very hilly suburb and some streets will have an excellent sun exposure, while others will not get much sun in the afternoon especially in winter. However, with rising electricity prices solar panels are still a good option to consider.
