"Busy with traffic in rdford Rd but Lewis place is quiet"
Very close to state school and is a traffic problem with parents dropping off their children by car to the school in the morning and collecting them in the afternoon. Background noise may be an issue during the school week when playing on the oval.
Manly Vista is a nice area but the houses are aging in terms of designs as compared with the new houses in Wakerley. .
