"Family street with bay breezes and parks"
Mackerel Street has a good community with great childcare ammenities and friendly neighbours. There are excellent private and public schools in the area and plenty of parks for children to play in. Over the road is a nature reserve and boardwalks in Lota. Mackerel Street recieves bay breezes because it is high up above lota and gets breezes straight from the sea. Cool in Summer and warmer in Winter. There is Manly on Mayfair has good quality resturants at hand, with atms, banks and day to day shopping. Nearby are cheaper shops like Aldi. There is good shopping nearby in Manly and Wynnum too.
