We thought it’d be interesting to do a retrospective of the most striking homes that sold in 2017.

With its jaw-dropping waterfront position and Middle Harbour views, it’s no wonder this was our most liked home of the year. Some of ‘The Bluff’s’ luxury features include a private jetty, a Spanish mosaic tiled swimming pool and underfloor heating. It sold in June for a tidy $6 million and was later rented out for $3,100 a week.

This staggering home is listed for sale for $2million+ and was featured on Channel Nine’s Amazing Homes TV show. Designed by Brad Read the four-bedroom home looks out over the treetops below all the way to the Sunshine Coast.

A former mechanic’s workshop, this intriguing property sold in February for $2,945,000. The home includes four-bedrooms, light-filled open pla living and a fabulous rooftop garden with city glimpses.
10. Breathtaking Victorian transformation.
Masterfully renovated it comes as no surprise that this stunner sold for $4.735 million in February. The double fronted home shows off exquisite French Oak parquetry flooring, high ceilings, an open fireplace, polished concrete floors and a tennis practice court kids would love.
