"A seaside village like no other."
A wonderful place to live for couples or families. Spend the day at the beach walking the dog swimming or surfing which is a 5 minute walk away.
Enjoy a romantic dinner at seaside fine dining restaurants in the evening.If you are in the mood for a video or a good glass of wine the village shops are also within a 5 minute stroll. A new yoga studio and organic cafe as well as a wellness centre are there too. School bus comes along the road .Everything for a laidback beach lifestyle & only 15 minutes from Coffs Harbour.We wouldn't want to live anywhere else!!

Emerald Beach is a quiet suburb 15 minutes north of Coffs Harbour, very friendly, great beaches all within walking distance, an award winning caravan park, little general store, 2 Restaurants, Hairdresses, Video Store + More. Not much for Sale around there and when they do they tend to go pretty quickly. All round lovely place to live.
