"Great street for families, singles and the elderly."
Linda Avenue is located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, on the fringe of the leafy inner city area.
During the week, Linda Avenue is like most in the area…quiet and comfortable. There is very little noise from traffic and it’s a great place to live for everyone. On weekends Linda Avenue's location really shines. On both ends of the street are two great parks with wonderful kid-friendly playgrounds and great walking tracks that cover a vast distance. Just around the corner is a shopping strip with a milkbar, chemist pizzeria, Arabian eaterie and a hairdressers. Also located just five minutes from Linda Avenue are Westfield Doncaster to the north and Box Hill centro/Central to the south.
Linda Avenue is a small sidestreet just tucked away from the busy thouroughfare of Station street. On Station Street there runs three great buslines that connect to the 109 tram line, the Lilydale/belgrave train line and the Doncaster bus hub just moments away.
Linda Avenue is considered the 'golden mile' of Box Hill North with it's stylish 'war home' architecture at affordable prices.
