"Great choice to start out in real estate"
Lister Ave is an affordable option to buy in the ever improving and developing Ermington. Lister Ave is within walking distance of shops, eateries, schools, child care, doctors, direct bus lines to the city and Ermington Police station and Library. The south side of Lister Ave is the better side and the Silverwater road traffic is not as loud at this end. It is certainly a better and more child friendly option than Victoria Road. With huge blocks of land it is worth getting to know this little street.
It is a great little hub with friendly people and terrific potential!!
