"So close to everything!"
Chester St is a long street, but all the residential houses are at the top end, away from the main busy traffic areas, but with extremely good access to main roads into and out of Brisbane city. 25 min walk into CBD; 15 min bus ride; 10 min bike ride! Very close to Fortitude Valley and New Farm restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping, markets - you want it, you can get it!! With the convenience comes a cost - with most houses on the top end of Chester St (aka Teneriffe Hill) you wouldnt get much change from AUD$2m!! I rent and share in a very well priced house though, only payign $130 a week!!!!!

I recently read that some guy was paying $4000 (USD) per month for an apartment in NYC and he thought that was good value. MADNESS!

YES!! It is! How very cool - if you noticed one of the shots of a big house on a hill with a sharp edge architectural design, white with lots of glass, thats our next door neighbour!! HA! Very funny
