Only a handful of units and houses make up Little Place in Gunn.
Gunn is a suburb of Palmerston that is a very fast growing area and located a short drive from the Darwin city centre.
Good shopping and all the things you need from a satellite city.
Close to sporting facilities eg afl, cricket, v8 super carss to name a few
