"Unbeatable location"
Loch Awe Crescent is a surprisingly quiet and tranquil street, given it's proximity to Pennant Hills Road. It is an enviable location for many local amenities and services such as transport - you can catch a bus to Epping or Parramatta at the top of the street (at Dunrossil Ave or Rembrandt St), it is 5 minutes walk to the Carlingford Court Shopping Centre and less than 10 minutes walk to local schools - Carlingford High, Roselea Public, St Gerards School. It is halfway to everything. It is a wonderful little street within a top location.
