"Perfect family location or for easy access for a boat"
Very nice quiet street with close access to all amenities such as the 2 sets of local shops, schools, and M1, also very close to water access if you have a boat, kayak, jet ski etc with the local rowing club also near by.
Great for families or people who love a country feel to their area and enjoy a good size block.
Only downside is the distance to the city and also the beaches, in saying that it is only 30mins to broadbeach and about the same time to the closest beach.
