"A semi rural street, only 15 minutes west of the M1, and very close to the Mountains.."
A very pleasant, private street (crescent).. Only noise heard is the occasional 'hoon' traffic on Gaven Way.. Lots of lovely bird life, especially kookaburras and parrots.
Great for
- Close to shopping centres; semi rural, lots of bird life. Close to the Mountains... Tamborine.
Not great for
- Water pressure to this home is very, very poor.. Very hot in summer
