"Small Villiage with Friendly Neighbours"
Lombard Street is friendly street with great Neighbourhood spirit. Thelocal school being down one end of the street.
The "Salty Dog" seafood restaurant on the highway is within walking distance and is patronised by both locals and passing visitors and is known for its friendly atmosphere.
Neighbours always give a friendly wave and can be said that its a laid back suburb with none of noise you get living in suburbia and is a great place to bring up children.
Plenty of Local fishing is within walking distance also, so it makes for a nice relaxed way to live.
Internet is good as you can have wireless or satelite broadband, free to air tv & cable tv available.
All in all a real nice surprise when we moved into Coolongolook having previously lived in a suburban enviroment.
If the beach is more your thing Tuncurry/Forster is only 30 mins away.
