The 4th Street Chophouse is the best! If you go on Sunday and buy 2 entrees you get a free bottle of wine. If it's a special occasion, you get complimentary Crème Brulee, the BEST I have ever had!

A new great place that just opened up is "The Next Door" it is on 4th street as well! Awesome food and ambiance!
