"Location perfect for family living"
What a great location for families. It is only a quick drive to Blackburn Village, Blackburn train station, St Philip's School, Old Orchard Primary School, Whitehorse Primary School, Blackburn Primary and High School and the Eastern Freeway including Eastlink. With so many close options, the locations makes busy life easy.
You would expect to achieve between $500 - $550 for a standard 3 bedroom home on this area.
