Blackburn North, VIC 3130 is located within the Whitehorse local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
I am thinking of moving to this street, but have recently had a bad experience with hoons, vandalism etc in the street I presently live in.
so now I am looking for a very quite life free from these aspects of urban living
