Luxor Place is a beautiful cul de sac in Currambine. Very quiet place and well kept houses and gardens. Neighbours are lovely and friendly and always a happy smile and wave for you. Fantastic school right opposite with very friendly lollypop man :) Shops and Beach 8 mins drive. Train station 10 min walk. Bus stop 5 min walk. Shop parade consists of vets, doctors, dentists, gym, supermarket, indian, chinese, pizza, fish chip shops and restaurants, butchers, video shops, banks, atm machines, mcdonalds, hairdressers. They are also in process of building lovely family pub. No hoonies and very very low crime rate. I myself will be living here forever.
