Macleay Island, QLD 4184 is located within the Redland local government area, part of the Brisbane Region in Queensland.
Hey all. Just wanting input from anyone who has built recently on Macleay. Trying to get a general idea of the expenses NOT related to the house build. All the other stuff: septic, power connection, cost of DA w council etc. difficulty in getting permits to clear trees to build etc. Id be so grateful for any feedback.
