Hi All,I was up at the Island recently and fell for the place.

I think it is ideal for my wants. However, there are a couple of questions I did not ask the eastate agent. A couple are already asked below. Can anyone elaborate on: 1. Has internet access improved? 2. What about the "racism" comment? Can anyone elaborate on that? 3. Is there unleaded 95 or 98 on the island? 4. Has the mossie/midge issue improved? 5. How often and for how long, say in the last two years, have there been extended power outages due to storms etc? 6. Is satelite TV available? I realise that things will be more expensive due to transport costs, so that, to me, is not too much of an issue. Any information would be much appreciated. Cheers Tony
