"Adjacent Hancock Road"
Adjacent Hancock Road, Malaga Court features homes only on one side of the road. There are trees and bushes on the other side of the road, blocking the view to Hancock Road. The homes are set back from the road, giving large front yards. Traffic on Malaga Court is minimal, and suprisingly enough you do not get all the noise from Hancock Road. I would suggest it would be suitable for Couples and Investors.
