Is Avalon Willow a horrible place to move in?

I saw a lot of negative reviews about Avalon Willows, Mamaroneck after I planned to move there. People said Avalon is really noisy.

I have a client who lives there now and I've had friends living there in the past - I never heard them complain about noise; pretty much on the contrary, they were all very please with the accommodations of the place.
