New York Sports Club has one location in Mamaroneck and one nearby in Larchmont. They are both good quality and clean gyms. If you want to spend more, Equinox is a little bit more up scale with nicer amenities, but it does cost quite a bit more! Healthy Fit (For women) is also located in Mamaroneck.

Equinox is the most expensive choice but well worth the money!
