"Retiree's Dream"
Running off of Rodeo Drive, Mahattan Avenue is a smaller court. With a slightly narrower steet, the homes are smaller but still being gorgeous villa's. The homes have single garages and driveways are small, the front yards and gardens are maintained beuatifully. Manhattan Avenue would be perfect for retiree's.
