"Fantastic Location!"
Maranon Crescent is a nice and Quiet cul de sac, wrapped around the well maintained "Sacramento Park". The lake is very well by the Swan Shire Council and the benefit is the bird life which flock there in huge numbers specific to each season.
Neighbours in Maranon are friendly but don't live in your pocket and all are respectfull of children in the cresent ans can be seen as everybody slows right down on driving into their street.
A great place to live myself & my family have lived in Maranon now for 4 years, we may even retire in our current home. (still 10 years to go!)
