What streets to avoid in Mareeba QLD for crime, low property values/returns etc.

Looking to move here but want to buy well and wisely.

The best place to buy in Mareeba would be on the eastern side of the main road. Places such as Amaroo, Ceola drive, and Seary road and most of their adjacent streets are good, safe places to buy. Do not buy in the Ward st area, or Cummings st area, you will not sleep.
