Mark Street, Viewbank, VIC 3084

Mark st is home to many different people and age groups. We have our share of elderly, middle age, young families and couples (like us). We have two parks in our street for kids to play, and the property sizes are great. Huge back and front yard, with no huge parties going on weekdays or weekends. I love my peace and quiet, and this place does it for me. Its great to have some space.

You can walk to the Main Yarra Trail - over 40km of bike/running track. Lots of park lands for the dogs, several gyms, pony/horse club around the corner - so no excuse for getting fat and lazy here!

The local shops (ie general store, ATM, post office) are all within walking distance, as are primary and secondary schools.

For the eco friendly, there are plenty of buses that can take you around, and get you to Rosanna train station.

For the business traveller like myself, access to the airport is just amazing. If I have an early flight, I can be in the short term car park in 20 minutes if traffic is friendly on the Ring road.

Instead of coming home via Lower Plenty road, we take Banyule road - a great windy back course past lovely horse paddocks and trees. It makes you feel like you're in the country.
