"Good neighbourhood, predominately home units"
Martin Place is a quality street in what is a quiet and comfortable community. The street runs up to the shops which consist of a growing collection of cafe's and restaurants. A Franklins store provides basic supermarket shopping and 3 of the major 4 banks have branches. An excellent train service to the city and good road access to all areas.
Parking is a problem in most of the streets probably caused by commuters taking advantage of the quick service to the city.
As this is predominately a home unit area, it is not recommended for families with children
