"Perfect for a change of lifestyle"
McConnel Lane is only 2km's for the beautiful Clarence River Copmanhurst boat ramp. copmanhurst is a lovely, friendly little town. It is only 4 hours to Brisbane, 3 hours to the Gold Coast, an hour to Coffs Harbour and close to Casino and Grafton, So your daytrip or weekend shopping trips are endless. Copmanhurst has excellent rainfall, good fertile soil - you just have to look at how fat the cattle are to get an idea of the fertility and abundance of feed in the area.
Copmanhurst would be the ideal lifestyle change location, giving everything that that you could possibly want in a small town yet close enough to larger cities to get that retail fix on a regular basis! And let's face it - properties are excellent value for money!
