Hi All. Considering making the shift down the peninsula with my wife and 2 children.
Ideally seeking a larger block (900 min) that backs on to bush or parks as we want something a little secluded from your general streets. Ideally still with in short distance to amenities. I am a builder so we would likely build on a block of land. We have two 4 year olds. The base of the State park looks like a good balance or maybe St Andrews beach. Is Rye to far for sporadic travel back in to Melbourne? Anyway please let me know your thoughts and especially from young family's. Thanks you SH

Would suggest anywhere from Mornington to Mt Martha and beyond.
Mt Eliza is a little too overpriced but if it's your preference I'd surely suggest that area more than the others due to the beaches and proximity to civilization and bayside suburbs.
