"quiet Street, good neighbours."
It's close to everything, yet very quiet. There are lots of owner occupiers who are respectable people who keep an eye out for each other.

You gotta be kidding! Noisy every night with wannabe bogan blowing their exhaust, doing burnouts and honk for fun at their mates after 10p.m. People drive more than 70km/h in a 40 zone. Friendly Oakleigh resident kicked an abandoned Coles trolley simply because it was in her way! Oakleigh is anything but quiet! I reckon the only place which is quiet in Oakleigh is the cemetery.
