Is it noisy (train / construction) living in Bay Drive, Meadowbank?

The trains can be a bit noisy at night but you probably won't notice after a while.The newer apartment buildings on Bay Drive were built by Bilbergia and they are generally of good quality and well insulated. Yes there are a fair bit of construction activities going on in Meadowbank at the moment as the suburb is being transformed from a light industrial area to a residential hub. But it will pass in a few years. By then you won't be able to buy in Meadowbank without paying substantial more.
