"Central to everything you don't need a car."
Meares Place, Kiama is centrally located right in the centre of Seaside Kiama. It backs onto the local Shopping precinct and is within a minute walk to the local supermarket and Clubs. Meares Place is free of through traffic as it has a culdesac to the East end where the street comes to an end.
Nil traffic passes through Meares Place due to it being tucked up and away from the hustle and bustle of Terralong Street and Collins St (the 2 main streets for traffic flow).
Meares Place is perched high above the retail centre of Kiama and it is possible to walk right into the centre of Kiama within a couple of minutes. The street is primarily made up of townhouses or units. Most residents are 40 plus singles or couples. Many of the residences are only party occupied as weekenders or holiday homes by people from Sydney. The street offers the best ocean views in Kiama.

Meares Place is right in the middle of the Kiama township and is approximately 80 Minutes drive south of Sydney Airport.
