hi is this area accepting of LGBTI couples?

I'm local and I'll accept you. I was the first person my best friend came out to at 17 and the only person who knew for a long time.

I don't think anyone is openly against LGBTI couples, but this is a very hetero, WASP-ish area, so you could expect stares or perhaps the odd comment/snigger. Overall the people in Medowie are quite friendly and community oriented, and it's not a bad place to live either.
