Yes it is true, construction has already started and it is situated across the road from Bi-Lo. It should be finished sometime in 2012.

Nothing of significance. At present we have just had mcdonalds. We have 7-11 and kfc in construction. We have a gym and a chemist in another building but no major plans for another shopping centre at present
