Is there any dog meet up groups near Melton or nearby in Melbourne

I have a miniature dachshund, and wishing to get involved with a social group of some sort, for meet ups, play dates etc, where you have doggies in common and also from a social aspect as I live alone and my fur baby is my companion.
I am willing to travel approx 20-25kms. Cant go too far for Medical reasons
