Hi there, Melton is certainly a growing area and is popular for people renting based on the value for money. You can lease a new (or near new) property with space for so much less than an inner city suburb. We have recently leased properties in this area and had really good interest at the initial inspections. From memory the last property was on the market for just under two weeks (I am counting until we received the first months rent). Your properties need to be priced in line with the market expectation as there is a good amount of stock available and often they are comparable in terms of quality.
