Mermaid Beach is an excellent place for seniors. We manage Turtle Bay Residential Resort and have many senior residents who wouldn't live anywhere else. Mermaid Beach is blessed with many social clubs such as the Mermaid Beach bowls, bridge, backgammon and gardening club to mention a few. Not to mention the many coffee shops, restaurants and surf club to choose from. With the light rail and Woolworths coming soon to Mermaid Beach, it is an ideal location for senior citizens.
