About 20-30 minutes on a good day (non peak)
Allow 30 - 40 minutes if during peak time - the holds ups are mostly closer to the city though, not so much out midland way.
It is a good idea to avoid the Guildford bridge area if busy - the Gt Eastern Hwy bypass is a good option now that roadwork in Redcliffe has been finished.
