We are considering moving to Mildura. Is it a good idea?

We are considering moving to Mildura. We have 3 kids, one in primary and one in secondary. We would be purchasing a property so rentals are not an issue. Good schools are essential for us and would be a major consideration. My question to you would be, which schools would you say are the best in the area? Do you like living here and why? Would Nicolas point be a good area to purchase a property (we found a nice one) or is there nicer areas in Mildura.or maybe redcliffs? Are there good facilities and clubs for children?
