"Great Family Friendly Area"
This is such a nice and friendly neighbourhood where young couples and families are buying due to the easy access and walking distance to the school. The houses are affordable and people are slowly renovating the houses so curb appeal is improving. For an inner city suburb it is quieter than I expected. Easy commute to Brisbane or the Gold Coast. It’s about 45 mins in the morning to Broadbeach to give you an idea. Lots of shopping available close by. Beenleigh, IKEA and Logan hyperdome are 15 mins drive away from this area. It really is great for families.
