"Ah the serenity"
Despite the area being of the lower socio economic class, Taylor Street is tucked away in the new development. The new housing is affordable, the street quiet and seems very safe although other near by streets I wouldn't think would be as safe and harmonious. It's close to Brisbane and the Gold Coast, public transport is excellent and it's only a short drive to major shopping centres, restaurants and night life.
Although the first impression of the area might put some people off I have found Taylor Street to be quiet and homely. Very happy after moving from the south.
