Mission Terrace has the trifecta when it comes to good public transportation options:

The BART runs through the neighborhood and has a station at Glen Park on the north.

Muni has at least four lines running through here.

And you can even take the light rail lines F and J out to SF State.

You really don't need a car if you live here.

four bus lines? More like 32. Since the car barn is at Balboa park all the trollies end up there. You can go anywhere from Mission Terrace, it is amazing. You can go to the Ferry Bldg, to Ghiradelli square, everywhere.
