Are there a lot of drug addicts in Moe?

Unfortunately yes. I've been in Moe for only a month and I've already had numerous experiences with drug addicts yelling up and down the street, drunks, that kind of thing.

Now, it's definitely not most of the people here, there are a lot of retirees and just genuinely nice people but unfortunately, drug addicts are given government housing here so certain areas are let's call them hotspots.
