I was looking at purchase an investment property in Moe quite recently. When I was driving around town I was very impressed with number of younger couples/ young families out and about. The playground at Apex Park was packed with kids running around.

We find it quite safe for our family! Haven't had any issues. Lovely town to walk around if you're close enough to shops.

Not safe! We are leaving the valley completely! A friend was hospitalised walking his dog in MOE. In daytime. In the Primary School yard! We don't see the Valley getting any better. Rent has not increased, in fact it's probably dropped! More crazy yelling in the streets. Sure there are nice parts to MOE or you could just stay in your home and drive like everyone else does. After a year we only see really dodgy types walking the streets now.

Hi Dinam, I can't say I've experienced that at all since moving into Moe. Maybe you were just unlucky. We've loved the opportunities Moe has given us!
