"great location"
Monmouth street a blend of federation and in vogue modern Architecture is well located to the Mount Lawley pubs and shops, a 10 minute walk gets you there for a meal, beer coffee, other refreshments and a variety of shopping. It's a brisk 30-45min walk to the Perth CBD
and a 20-30min bike ride to the swan river.
