What's Moolanda boulevard like, safe, good for families etc?

Moolanda Boulevard is very busy and noisy due to the large volume of vehicular traffic. There is a mix of housing on that road and some premises are owner-occupied and some are rentals. I have had bad experiences with some of the tenants of the rental properties because of the loud noise emanating from music at parties that are being held. If it was me, I would look for a quieter property near Moolanda Boulevard where you are still close to amenities such as shops, but there is not the problem of traffic passing by for many hours of the day. The road traffic tends to ease at night.
