There is no information on when the NBN will be completed in the Mornington area. The build has started in the whole of Mornington but there is no information on when the work will be completed. Since the change of goverment in September of 2013 the NBN website has been a lot less informative and they only provide details of where there is build preparation, where the build has commenced and where service is available via a shaded map. However, there is no detail in regard to dates of when the stages of the service are likely to be completed.
