Mosman is over priced and has recorded a 48% drop in values, it is busy and surrounded by pollution not to mention frustrating to navigate in and out of ... not for me Geoff Hunters Hill is much more prestigious and more relaxing IMHO ... However I do have a friend in Richard ave in Mosman.

GeoffGrist - how are property prices going in Mosman? I love Mosman, reminds me of Brighton in Melbourne.
Isn't mossman largely a holiday destination? Be curios to see how the house prices have held up considering the last 12 months economic events.
